He told that egg white helps in balancing Vata, Pitta and Kapha doshas in the body. The yellow part of egg is considered important in reducing Vata dosha and increasing Pitta and Kapha dosha.

Benefits of eating eggs according to Ayurveda

However, according to Dr. Aishwarya, everyone should eat eggs thoughtfully. Because, egg is heavy to eat and digest. Due to which many people may have to face health problems.

Keep these things in mind before eating eggs

- People with vata tendency can eat eggs daily.

People with bile and phlegm tendencies should eat eggs in balanced quantities. Especially the egg yolk. Otherwise they may have stomach problems.

Eggs should not be eaten with melon, beans, cheese, fish, milk, meat and yogurt. Because doing so can cause problems like stomach ache, burning sensation, stomach gas etc.

According to Ayurveda, the right way to eat eggs is to mix spices in them. You can mix spices like black salt, black pepper with eggs. By doing this, eggs are easily digested and you get all the benefits of eating eggs.
