Start with triceps dips: If you do not have time to get up from the chair, then you can do this exercise while sitting on the seat. This is beneficial in removing stiffness of your hands and feet.

- First of all, sit on the chair with your back straight.

- Now place both your hands on the chair in line with your waist.

- After this, put all your weight in your hands with the support of the chair and go down.

- Keep in mind that you have not gone down completely. You just have to go as far as your elbow can bend.

- Now after going down, go back upstairs and sit on the chair.

Now repeat the same process without sitting on the chair.

- Do this exercise at least 10 times.

Neck Roll: Often, while sitting in front of a computer or laptop, our neck becomes stiff and starts hurting. If your spine is also hurting then do neck roll exercises. This will give you a lot of relief and you will not even have to get up from the seat.

- First of all, sit on your seat in straight position.

- Now start rotating your neck in a right direction in line with the nose.

Similarly, rotate your neck in the left direction also.

- Rotate it 10-10 times in both directions and get rid of neck pain.
