These things will eliminate cholesterol from the root

According to Dr. Saroj Gautam, first, take linseed seeds to reduce cholesterol. Grind them well by putting them in the mixer and making powder out of them. Take one spoonful of this powder early in the morning on an empty stomach with lukewarm water. By doing this, cholesterol will start becoming normal in a few days. There is a lot of fiber in flax seeds, due to which digestion problems can be overcome. It is safe to consume it for a long time.

Apart from linseed in Ayurveda, cinnamon has also been considered very effective in reducing cholesterol. Take a pinch of cinnamon powder with a glass of lukewarm water every morning on an empty stomach. If you do this for about 1 week, then your cholesterol level will be controlled to a great extent. Cinnamon powder in small amounts can be very beneficial for health. Keep in mind that do not use more than a pinch of cinnamon powder, otherwise, it may cause harm.
