1. Exercise for hands-

For relief from neck and back pain, you have to keep both your hands behind the head and press the elbows backward. Then by turning both hands from below and touching both the hands behind the back, press the elbows slightly backward.

2. Bending of the body-

In this, you have to join hands in front while sitting on a chair, then take one hand back as far as you can and look at it. Do this exercise alternately with both hands?

3. Exercise of the legs-

In this, lift one leg and keep it on the other leg and bend slightly forward. Then twist the body by lifting the knee upwards. Do this exercise with both legs.

4. Exercise for back pain -

In this, you have to raise the elbow of your right hand upwards and keep the left hand on the back while rotating it downwards. Try to touch the palms of both hands together. With this, a very good stretch comes on the hands as well as on the back, due to which the stiffness of the upper body is removed.
