Many types of changes keep happening in our bodies with time. Researchers say that by the age of 35-40, muscle-bone-related disorders start to occur as compared to youth. As age increases, the cells of the body become weak, due to which there can be a risk of all kinds of diseases. However, if you follow habits such as a nutritious diet and regular exercise from a young age, you may be healthier than other people and may also develop such complications a little further.

Surveys show that aging and the experience of happiness are often in a U-shape. It gradually decreases from your youth to middle age, then may increase again in your 40-50 years. Nearly 1 in 3 people aged 60 say they are "very happy" compared to people under 35.

However, by the age of 60, we all often fall prey to many types of diseases. Let us know about some such problems, as well as try to understand how these age-related changes can be prevented for a long time.

Hearing loss starts
Surveys show that by the time they reach the age of 60, four out of 10 Americans experience hearing loss. It is one of the most common problems that occur with aging. As you get older, the microscopic cells in the ear naturally die off. This is the reason why ear infections are common as we age. Heart conditions, stroke, head injury, or certain medications can also impair your hearing.

Effects start appearing on the face
By the age of 60, the first two layers of your skin – the epidermis and the dermis – become thinner and flattened. Due to this, the skin becomes dry and itchy, and loosening of the skin is also due to this reason. With age, wrinkles, spots, and weakness of the skin start appearing. The activity of your sweat glands also decreases.

Brain problems
Many people in their 60s begin to notice that their brain is not as sharp as it used to be. It may take you longer to name or remember things or solve problems than before. This mental decline continues with age. These complications can be even more problematic in some people with diseases such as Alzheimer's-dementia.

All these problems can be done late
Health experts say, from the ear, skin, and brain problems to heart disease-diabetes, or weakness of the body, you can advance all these problems that occur with aging. There are two basic mantras, which are very important to follow from a young age – a nutritious diet that is rich in antioxidants and must exercise regularly. These two habits can lead to 10 years of problems in your 60s, you may not even have some of them.
