Ragi Laddus Ingredients
Ragi flour - 1 cup
Palm sugar - half cup
Grated Coconut - 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Black Sesame - 2 tbsp
Ghee - half cup
Peanuts - 2 tbsp
How to make ragi laddoos
Step 1
Keep a pan on the gas. Now roast coconut, peanuts and sesame separately on low flame. Let them cool down for some time.

After this take off the skins of the peanuts. Now roast the almonds in one spoonful of ghee.
Step – 3
Fry the ragi flour in 2 to 3 spoons of ghee for about 15 to 20 minutes. You can also add more ghee to it as per the requirement.
Step – 4
Now add sugar and cardamom to it. Mix all these things well. Add coconut, almonds, peanuts and sesame seeds to this mixture.
Step – 5
Make small laddoos from this mixture. After that serve them and enjoy them.
