Ways to Prevent and Treat Piles
1. Consume a sufficient amount of liquid and eat more fiber things to keep the stool soft.
2. Always keep the anus clean with toilet paper.
3. If the pain bothers you, take paracetamol.
4. To reduce itching and pain, take a warm bath, this will give relief from pain and itching.
5. If you feel very uncomfortable, keep ice in a towel and foment it. Applying compresses helps in reducing inflammation, swelling, and pain.
6. Keep the area around the anus dry and clean.
7. Exercise regularly.
8. Stop consuming caffeine and alcohol.
Do not do this work when you have piles
1. Never wipe the anus with hard things.
2. When there is an urge to defecate, do not ignore it.
3. Do not apply too much force while defecating.
4. Do not use painkillers that contain codeine. This will cause constipation.
