Ingredients to make Hara Bhara Pizza
Wheat flour - 1 cup whole
Flour - 1/2 cup
Yeast - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup lukewarm
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Pizza Sauce - 1/2 cup
Grated mozzarella cheese - 1/2 cup
Chopped spinach - 1/2 cup
Boiled peas - 1/2 cup
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
How to make green pizza
To make pizza, first mix flour, yeast, salt, sugar and olive oil in a bowl.
After mixing everything well, add lukewarm water to the mixture and knead the dough. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and soft.
Cover the dough with a clean cloth and keep it for 30 minutes. Also preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
Take a mixing bowl and spread the spinach leaves, coriander leaves, mint leaves, onions, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and olive oil and mix well. Get it done
Spread the pizza dough in a circle of 12 inch diameter. After spreading the dough, spread the mixture of green topping evenly on it and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until it turns golden brown and the cheese melts. After baking, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Your pizza is ready. Slice it and serve hot
