Hand Scrub: Some people think that skincare only means applying lotions and creams on the face to enhance it. While skincare is a huge topic, which includes your face as well as other parts of the body, it is badly neglected. Especially our hands, which help us in beautifying the face, are the least taken care of.

This is the reason why our hands start to look old and wrinkled very quickly as compared to our faces. To keep them soft and beautiful, it is necessary to scrub from time to time so that dead skin cells can be removed and the new skin gets a chance to breathe. In this article, we are going to tell about some homemade scrubs for soft hands, the help of which will help to reduce wrinkles on the hands and make them look soft and young.

Which scrub should be used to make hands soft?
1) Sugar and Olive Oil Scrub:

Mix 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar with 1 tablespoon olive oil.

If desired, add a few drops of your favorite essential oil for fragrance.

Massage gently on the hands for a few minutes and leave it for a while.

After 15 to 20 minutes wipe with a cotton ball or cotton cloth.

Now wash the hand with warm water and pat it dry.

2) Oatmeal and Honey Scrub:
Mix 1 tablespoon honey with 2 tablespoons of ground oats in a bowl.

Mix well till you get a paste-like consistency.

For gentle exfoliation, apply the scrub to your hands and rub in circular motions.

Leave it on the skin for a few minutes before washing it off with lukewarm water.

3) Coffee Ground and Coconut Oil Scrub:
Take 2 tbsp of coffee grounds and mix them with 1 tbsp of coconut oil (melted).

You can also add a teaspoon of brown sugar for extra exfoliation (optional).

Massage dry hands with this mixture to make them soft and youthful.

Wash your hands thoroughly afterward and apply moisturizer at the end.

4) Lemon and Salt Scrub:
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon in a bowl.

Add 2 tbsp sea salt (granulated) and mix well.

Rub the scrub on your hands, exfoliating gently for a few minutes.

Wash off with warm water and apply moisturizer to keep your hands hydrated.

5) Curd and Almond Scrub:
Mix 1 tbsp finely ground almonds in 2 tbsp plain yogurt.

If desired, add a teaspoon of honey for extra moisture.

Apply the scrub on your hands and massage in circular motions.

Wash off with lukewarm water and pat dry. Lastly, apply moisturizer.

Note that, after using any of these scrubs, do not forget to moisturize your hands with hand cream or oil (almond oil or shea butter). Repeat the scrubbing once or twice a week for better results.
