Gooseberry
Amla is also known as Indian gooseberry and is one of the best hair remedies in Ayurveda. With the help of Amla, your hair becomes strong and straight. Apart from increasing hair growth, it prevents split ends. Amla contains antioxidants and vitamin C, which help in hair growth. For this, mix two spoons of lemon juice with two spoons of amla juice and mix it well. Apply this paste to your hair and leave it for 2 hours and wash your hair with lukewarm water.

Garlic
Garlic boosts hair growth by maintaining blood circulation to the new hair and scalp. It contains a high amount of anichin and vitamin E which prevents hair fall. For this, take 7 to 8 garlic cloves and boil it with olive oil. Apply this hot oil to the roots of your hair. Leave it on the hair for 2 to 3 hours and then wash it off. Do repeat this treatment thrice a week and you will see the difference.

fenugreek seeds
Fenugreek contains protein, which is beneficial for better hair growth. Apart from this, it contains lecithin which works to strengthen the hair. For this, keep the hair soaked overnight and after waking up in the morning, grind this paste in the hair and apply it to your hair. Before applying this paste on the hair, cover your hair with coconut oil and only then apply this paste to the hair. Leave this paste on the hair for half an hour and then apply mild shampoo on the hair.
