Step 1- To make Gujarati-style Kachori, first prepare the roasted gram flour by frying it on a low flame.
Step 2- Now take out the roasted gram flour in a vessel and prepare the stuffing by mixing a pinch of asafoetida, sugar, garam masala, turmeric, dry mango powder, salt, oil, fennel, and red chili powder in it.
Step 3- Now add light salt, and oil to the flour and knead the dough. Keep the dough covered for some time.
Step 4- Now make small balls of dough.
Step 5- Make laddoos by filling the previously prepared gram flour stuffing in the flour dough and then roll it and roll it into a kachori.
Step 6- Now heat oil in a pan. Deep fry the kachori in it.
Step 7- Hot Kachoris are ready. Serve with mint chutney or sauce.
