Ingredients for making Jaggery Chikki
1. Jaggery - 250 grams (cut into square pieces)
2. Peanuts - 100 grams
3. Ghee - 1 teaspoon
Method of making Jaggery Chikki
First step - To make Jaggery Chikki, first lightly roast the peanuts in a pan. After roasting the peanuts, remove their peel. Otherwise, the taste of the chikki will be different and it will also look strange.
Second step - After roasting the peanuts, now put jaggery and ghee in another pan and let it cook on low flame. When the jaggery dissolves completely and becomes thick like a syrup, you can add cardamom powder to it.
Third step - In the third step, when the jaggery syrup is ready, add peanuts to it and mix it well. Keep in mind that you have to keep stirring it continuously.
Fourth step - Finally, apply ghee in a plate and pour the mixture and flatten it. Let it set. When the chikki cools down, cut it into small pieces.
