The name of this scheme is Subhadra Yojana. The Subhadra scheme was launched on 17 September 2024 on the occasion of the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Under the Subhadra scheme, the Odisha government is providing financial assistance of ten thousand rupees to the women of the state through two installments annually. Only women living in Odisha can avail the benefit of Subhadra Yojana. Women of other states do not get the benefit of this scheme. The benefit of Subhadra Yojana is available only to those women whose age is between 21 to 60 years.
To avail the benefit of Subhadra Yojana, it is necessary for the name of the women to be linked to the ration card under the National Food Security Act (NFSA) or State Food Security Scheme (SFSS).
Women whose family income is less than Rs 2.50 lakh can apply in this scheme. If your family income is more than Rs 2.50 lakh, then you will not get the benefit of the scheme.
Apart from this, the benefit of this scheme is not available to those women in whose family there is a government employee or files income tax return. To apply in Subhadra Yojana, you must have documents like Aadhar card, bank account details, residential certificate, income certificate, photograph etc.
