Women will get 10000 rupees every year
The Odisha government has started Subhadra Yojana for the women of its state. Through this scheme, ₹10000 will be given to all the women of the state annually. This scheme will be run for the next 5 years, that is, all women will be given financial assistance of ₹50000 annually. The government will send this amount directly to the women's account through Direct Benefit Transfer i.e. DBT on two occasions in a year. The first installment will be sent on International Women's Day, while the second installment will be sent to the women's account on the occasion of Rakshabandhan.
Women between 21 and 60 years will get the benefit
Under this scheme, women between the ages of 21 and 60 years in the state will be able to apply. Only those women will get benefit in the scheme who are natives of Odisha state. Along with this, women who are doing government jobs. They will not be given benefits in this scheme and women in whose houses there is any income tax paying member. They will also not be given benefits. Women who are already taking benefits under any scheme from the government will also not get benefits in this scheme.
This is how you can apply
To apply for Subhadra Yojana, women will have to obtain the form from Anganwadi Centre or Block Office or Mo-Seva Kendra and Jan Seva Kendra. Women will not have to pay any extra money to apply for the scheme. After filling out the form for the scheme, it will have to be submitted along with the relevant documents to the Anganwadi Centre or Block Office.
