Open the Google Pay app and go to the profile section. Now click on the Settings button shown below and go to Privacy and Security. Now click on Data Personalization and click on the Google Account link. Now you will reach Google Accounts.
Now go to Payments Subscriptions. Delete the history of Google Pay payment by clicking on Payment Info.
