Ingredients for making golgappas

Method
First of all, mix semolina, salt, and oil well in the wheat flour taken. Now knead it well with the help of palms.
After kneading the dough, make small balls out of it and keep it covered with a damp cloth for five minutes. Fry it after 5 minutes and with this your golgappas are ready.
Ingredients to make Golgappa water
Water 1 liter
Mint 50 grams
Green coriander 50 grams
Ginger 1 small piece
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Dry mango powder 1 tsp
Pinch of black pepper
Green chili 4
Lemon juice 5 teaspoons
Golgappa masala 2 teaspoons
Tamarind pulp 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
How to make water
To make spicy golgappa water, first grind mint, coriander, ginger, green chilies, tamarind pulp, and ginger pieces in a grinder. Take out this paste in a bowl and keep it aside. After this, take one liter of water in a big bowl and mix this paste in it.
Along with this, add salt, black pepper, chaat masala, lemon, and golgappa masala. Stir it well so that everything gets mixed well. After this, keep this water in the fridge to cool down.
Fill peas in Golgappa
To fill in Golgappas, first, boil the peas. Add salt, chaat masala, green chilies, garam masala, and coriander to these boiled peas and mix well. Now fill it in golgappas and relish the water bath with cold water.
