A very good scrub for hands and feet is prepared by mixing lemon juice, carom seeds, and sugar. While applying this mixture, take care that you do not rub it too much. After some time, wash the face with water. By applying this scrub, skin damage caused by dust, soil, and sun can be reduced.
Take gram flour, cream or curd, and a little turmeric and mix them all. Apply this mixture on your skin 20 minutes before bathing. The part of the skin where acne occurs becomes very delicate.
Oatmeal is great for those areas of the skin. Oat mill keeps the skin cool and also removes the spots and blemishes on the acne-affected area. To prepare the oatmeal mixture, mix oats with curd, add a little turmeric powder to it, and mix it well. Then apply that mixture on the affected part of your body and wash it after 15 minutes.
