Giloy powder for weight loss
- Due to its medicinal properties, Giloy provides many benefits to the body. But let us tell you that Giloy is also effective in reducing weight. Giloy is called nectar in Ayurveda.
- Giloy cleans the body from the inside by removing the toxins present in our body.
- To lose weight, you should include Giloy in your diet. Giloy contains adiponectin and leptin. Both of these help in burning fat. Germs make it easier to melt excess fat on the stomach and body, due to which you can lose weight in a short time.
- Giloy is also good for digestion. People who have stomach-related problems must consume Giloy.
How to consume Giloy?
- To lose weight, you can take Giloy powder with lukewarm water every morning on an empty stomach. You can also add honey to it. Put 1 teaspoon of Giloy powder in lukewarm water, add honey to it and drink it on an empty stomach.
- Soak the leaves and stem of Giloy overnight. Crush it then boil it. After this, put it in 1 glass of water in the morning and boil it till it reduces to half. Filter it and drink it.
- You can also make Giloy tea by mixing basil leaves, turmeric and cloves along with Giloy leaves. Drinking it on an empty stomach will not only help in weight loss but will also boost immunity.
- If all this is not possible for you, then take Giloy juice directly with water in the morning. This will also be beneficial.
