Garlic is a spice that is widely used in the Indian kitchen. But peeling garlic seems like a troublesome task. Removing each clove of garlic is tedious, but also time-consuming. Garlic peels stick to the fingers. Know the easy way to peel it-

Garlic can be easily peeled with the help of the crush method. For this, first, separate the garlic cloves. Then put them on a cutting board and make the original end of it as you like. It would be better to keep a damp kitchen towel under the board so that it does not slip.

Place the flat side of a 6- to 8-inch chef's knife on top of a garlic clove. This will keep the sharp edge of the knife away from you. Now use the bottom of your hand and press down on the garlic cloves with the flat side of the knife. With this, the garlic peels will start separating and it will be easy to remove.
