If you want, you can prepare it and then distribute it among people such as Prasad. Let us teach you how to make Malpua at home in the right way.

Ingredients for making Malpua
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Semolina (Rava) – 1/2 cup
Mawa – 3 tbsp
Milk – 1 cup
Saffron threads – 1 pinch

Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Fennel powder – 1/2 tsp (optional)
Chopped cashew nuts – 1 tablespoon
Pistachio shavings – 1 tablespoon
Sugar – 1 cup
Desi ghee – for frying

Method
To make Malpua at home, first, take sifted wheat flour and add semolina to it. After this add two teaspoons of sugar, cardamom and fennel powder. Mix it well. After this, mix mawa properly in this mixture. After adding mawa, mix it properly.

Now prepare a thin batter by adding lukewarm milk to it. Keep in mind that this batter should neither be too thin nor too thick. Now keep this batter aside for an hour. After the batter rises properly, its taste increases.

Now prepare the syrup on the second flame. Make sugar syrup and add saffron threads to it. After this, start making Malpua by heating oil in a pan.

Considering the capacity of the pan, prepare a small Malpua in it and fry it till it turns golden. When they are cooked, take them out and put them in syrup. Let them remain immersed in syrup for at least twenty minutes. After some time, take Malpua in a plate and offer it to Bappa.
