Ingredients to make Fruit Raita
Fresh curd – 1.5 cup
Apple – 1/2
Pomegranate seeds - 1 tbsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
Chaat masala - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - a pinch
Crushed mint leaves – 1 tsp
Black salt - 1 pinch
Fruit Raita Recipe
To make fruit raita for Navratri, first, wash all the fruits thoroughly.
After this, chop them finely, take out the pomegranate seeds in a bowl and keep them aside.
Now take curd in a bowl and whisk it well.
Now beat the curd well, then add sugar according to taste and mix it.
Now when sugar is mixed in the curd, then mix all the fine fruits in it.
