To make this, you need a handful of fruits, milk, sugar, vanilla essence, cashews, almonds and mint. We have added fruits like Strawberries, Kiwis and apricots. However, you can add fruits of your choice like apples, bananas, grapes and mango after cutting them. Instead of white sugar, you can add jaggery, brown sugar and stevia to it. Be it kids or adults everyone will like this recipe very much. Not only this, you can serve this fruit custard from house parties to birthdays as well.

Take strawberries, apricots, and kiwi and cut them into small cubes. To prepare the custard solution, mix custard powder and sugar in a little milk.

Boil the remaining milk in a vessel for 10 minutes. Pour the custard solution into the boiled milk and whisk it well.

Add chopped fruits, almonds, cashews, mint leaves and vanilla essence to the custard. Allow the custard to cool and then refrigerate till it cools down. The custard is now ready to be served.
