“Garlic milk reduces total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL cholesterol and improves HDL or good cholesterol. This reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke.

Also, the anti-oxidants found in garlic prevent heart disease. Apart from this, an element called allicin present in garlic widens the blood vessels and maintains proper blood circulation, due to which the heart functions well. You can easily make garlic milk at home.

Garlic Milk Recipe

  • Mix 100 ml water, 10 grams crushed garlic and 100 ml water in a pan.
  • Boil it until it reduces to half.
  • Then filter it and drink it.

  • Avoid drinking milk that has been stored for a long time.
