In such a situation, the food items taken in the diet affect the liver to a great extent, like bad eating habits hurt the liver, whereas a balanced diet improves the health of the liver.

Why do fatty liver problems occur?

Talking about fatty liver, the condition of excess fat accumulation in the liver is known as fatty liver problem, which occurs due to wrong eating habits. In this too, people face two types of problems, The first is 'Alcoholic Fatty Liver' which is caused due to excessive consumption of alcohol. The other one is 'Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver' which arises due to an unbalanced diet. Apart from this, non-alcoholic fatty liver problems can also be caused by obesity and diabetes. ,

However, the problem of a fatty liver caused by both reasons is very serious in itself, which can later lead to liver swelling, liver cirrhosis, liver cancer or liver failure. In such a situation, timely identification and proper treatment are necessary. You can identify it by some symptoms such as pain in the right side of the stomach due to an increase in fat in the liver. Its common symptoms include physical fatigue, nausea and loss of appetite.

Change your diet for relief

As soon as any such symptoms appear in the body, you should contact a liver disease specialist (hepatologist), who will tell you about the actual condition of fatty liver in the body through proper examination. However, no definite treatment for the problem of fatty liver is available at present, but for this, doctors advise you to make appropriate changes in your diet, control diabetes and lose weight.

Garlic

Broccoli

Consumption of spinach is also effective in getting rid of fatty liver problems. The high antioxidants and polyphenols found in it help remove toxins from the body. In such a situation, fatty liver patients are advised to consume spinach.

Consumption of coffee is also considered beneficial for liver-related problems. When caffeine is digested in the body, it produces a chemical called paraxanthine, which helps reduce fatty liver.

Citrus fruits

Consumption of citrus fruits like oranges, grapes, lemon, and tangerine is considered beneficial to a great extent in keeping the liver healthy. Vitamin C found in these fruits prevents the accumulation of fat in the liver. Apart from this, they contain abundant amounts of antioxidants which help remove the dirt accumulated in the body.
