Pumpkin seeds

Broccoli

Ghee and Jaggery
You can also eat ghee and jaggery to reduce sugar cravings. Even though today people stop eating ghee to lose weight, in reality, ghee is a superfood. Both these things clean the digestive system and also manage the blood sugar level.
