Ingredients for making snacks from semolina and gram flour
- 1 cup semolina
- Half bowl of gram flour
- 1 bowl curd
- Salt as per taste
- A pinch of turmeric
- 1 spoon pav bhaji masala
- 1 cup water
- 1 spoon eno

How to make breakfast of semolina and gram flour
- Add semolina and gram flour in a bowl and mix.
- Now add curd to it and beat it.
- Also add salt, turmeric, pav bhaji masala.
- Add water and mix well.
- Keep this mixture covered for about half an hour.
- After the stipulated time, add Eno and mix gently.
Now take an appam pan and grease it with oil.
- Pour the prepared batter into the entire mold and let it steam.
- Will be cooked in 10 minutes. Cook well from both sides.
- Delicious semolina and gram flour breakfast is ready.
- Serve with hot ketchup or chutney.
