* Ingredients required to make Masala Paneer:

1. Milk – two liters

2. Salt – one tablespoon

3. Vinegar

4. Chilli flakes – one teaspoon

5. Green chilli – 1

6. Ground black pepper – half teaspoon

7. Chopped coriander – two tablespoons

* Easy recipe to make Masala Paneer:

1. To make Masala Paneer, first boil milk well and then add chili flakes, salt, black pepper, and green coriander.

2. After this, mix well and then add the mixture of water and vinegar into it.

3. Let us tell you that you can also use alum and lemon instead.

4. Now when the milk curdles, take it out on a cotton cloth. 5. After this, wash it thoroughly with water and then keep it pressed for some time.

6. Now before cutting the cheese, keep it in water for at least 20 minutes.
