Ingredients needed to make Bhindi Kadhi:

1. Okra - 1/2 kg

2. Gram flour - 2 tbsp

3. Curd - 1 cup

4. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp

5. Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp

6. Coriander powder - 1 tsp

7. Oil - 2 tbsp

Ingredients required for tempering:

1. Cumin - 1/4 tsp

2. Cinnamon - 1-inch piece

3. Red chili - 2 whole

4. Desi ghee - 2 tbsp

* Easy recipe to make Bhindi Kadhi:

1. To make Bhindi Kadhi, first of all, take curd in a big pan and add gram flour to it and mix well.

2. After this add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt as per taste.

3. Now blend all these things to mix them well.

4. After this, now add about 2-3 cups of water to it and blend it once more.

5. Now put curd-gram flour mixture in a pan and cook on low flame.

6. After this, put some oil in another pan and heat it.

7. Now put chopped okra and a little salt in hot oil and fry till it becomes crisp after that melt desi ghee in a saucepan.

8. After this add cumin, dry red chili, and cinnamon and temper it.

9. Now add the fried bhindi and tempering to the curry.

10. After this, mix the curry well and cover and cook for about 7-8 minutes.
