* Ingredients required to make Capsicum Chutney:

1. Capsicum – 1

2. Red Chilli – 5 to 6

3. Tomato – 3

4. Garlic Kavli – 10 to 12

5. Mustard Seeds – 1 teaspoon

6. Cumin – 1 teaspoon

7. Asafoetida – 1 teaspoon

8. Kashmiri chili powder - 1 tsp

9. Curry leaves

10. Salt as per taste

11. Oil - 3 tsp

* Easy recipe for making capsicum chutney:

1. To make capsicum chutney, first of all, wash tomatoes and capsicum thoroughly and now roast both these things on the gas.

2. After this now remove the roasted part of tomato and capsicum, you can also use a knife to remove it.

3. Now cut both these things and put them in a blender, add garlic and whole red chilies, and salt to it.

4. After this, blend it and when the thick mixture is ready, take it out in a bowl.

5. Now heat some oil in a pan and add asafoetida, cumin and mustard seeds, red chili powder, and curry leaves.

6. After this, fry all these things together, now add capsicum and tomato mixture and cook the mixture for some time.

7. In this way your capsicum chutney is ready, serve it with hot puri.
