1. Cabbage - 1

2. Gram flour - ½ cup

3. Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp

4. Onion (crushed) - 2

5. Tomato (crushed) - 4

6. Coriander powder - ½ tsp

7. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp

8. Coriander powder - 1 tsp

9. Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp

10. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp

11. Oil - as needed

12. Salt as per taste

* Easy recipe for making cabbage koftas:

1. To make Cabbage Koftas, first of all, take Cabbage.

2. After this, wash it and chop it finely.

3. Now put cabbage, gram flour, and all the rest of the spices in a bowl.

5. Now deep fry the koftas on low flame.
