1. Mango - 5
2. White wine - 1/2 cup
3. Sugar - 1/2 cup
4. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
5. Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
6. Vinegar - 3 tbsp
7. Ginger (chopped) - 1 tbsp
8. Salt - 1 tsp
9. Cloves - 1
10. Water as required

1. To make Mango Ketchup at home, first of all, take mangoes.
2. After this, peel the mango and cut it into fine pieces.
