8. Roasted Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon

9. Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon

10. Ice water - half a cup

11. Black salt - half teaspoon

12. A little lemon juice

13. Salt as per taste

1. To make Roasted Green Chilli and Capsicum Chutney, first wash the green and capsicum.
