* Ingredients needed to make delicious ghevar:
1. Maida - 2 cups
2. Milk - 2 cups
3. Sugar for syrup - 2 cups
4. Saffron
5. Desi ghee
6. Pistachios - 10
7. Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
8. Water - 4 cups

* Easy recipe to make delicious ghevar:
1. To make ghevar, first mix ghee and milk in a bowl, mix it well and then make a thick paste by adding water to it.
2. After this, heat ghee in a pan and add flour paste to it. Let it cook till small bubbles appear in it.
3. Now make a hole in the center of the ghevar with a knife or spoon.
4. After this let the ghevar get fried and let it turn golden in colour.

5. Now take out the ghevar on a plate. Now make the remaining paste in the same way.
6. After this you have to prepare syrup of one string.
7. Now soak the ghevar in this syrup for about 20 seconds.
8. After this, take out the ghevar in a serving dish with the fresh cream of milk kept at home and garnish it.
9. Finally serve the ghevar garnished with dry fruits.
