* Ingredients required to make Kaju Korma:

1. Cashews - 50 gms

2. Cashews to be ground into the masala - 10-12

4. Coriander leaves - 1 tsp Salt

5. Tomato - 4

6. Cumin seeds - ¼ tsp

7 Oil - 2-3 tbsp

8. Cardamom - 1 big

9. Cream - 100 grams

10. Black pepper - 6-7

11. Cinnamon - 2-3

* Easy recipe for making cashew korma:

1. To make cashew korma, first of all, take tomatoes, green chilies, and ginger, wash them and chop them all and put all these things in a mixer jar.

2. After this, put cashews in the mixer jar and grind them to make a paste.

3. Now heat a pan and put oil in it.

4. After this, add cashews to it and roast them lightly brown while stirring.

5. Now put cumin seeds in hot oil and fry till it becomes golden.

6. After this, add asafoetida, turmeric powder, whole garam masala, and black cardamom after peeling them.

7. Now lightly fry all these things.

8. After this, add tomato, cashew, green chili, and ginger paste to it.

9. Now cook it till the oil floats on the spices.

10. After this add red chili powder and garam masala and cream and mix it.

11. Now add half a cup of water to this gravy and mix.
