* Ingredients needed to make Soya Kebab:

1. Soya chunks - 100 grams

2. Gram flour - 3 tsp

3. Onion finely chopped - 1

4. Green chili - 2

5. Chana dal - 1 cup

6. Coriander powder

7. Red chili

8. Dry mango powder

9. Garam Spices

10. Ginger-garlic paste

11. Lemon juice

12. Black pepper powder

13. Finely chopped coriander leaves

14. Salt to taste

15. Oil for frying

* Easy Soya Kebab Recipe:

1. To make Diya Kebab, first soak the soya chunks in hot water.

2. After this, soak gram dal also for about 2 hours, if gram dal is not wet then you can take gram flour.

3. Now take out the soya chunks from the water and squeeze them well. So that the soaked water comes out.

4. After this take soya chunks and soaked gram dal in the grinder. Grind well and make a paste.

5. Now add gram flour, finely chopped onion, green chili, and coriander leaves to this paste.

6. After this, add salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, dried mango powder, and garam masala to it and mix it.

7. Now add the juice of one lemon to it and mix it well.

8. After this, apply some oil on your hands and prepare kebabs from the mixture.

9. Now if you want, you can deep fry them in a pan.

10. Or you can put oil in a pan and roast it on low flame till it turns golden brown.

12. Now Tasty Soya Kebab is ready, serve it with green chutney or tomato sauce.
