* Ingredients needed to make Kadhi without curd:
1. Gram flour - 3 cups
2. Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
3. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
4. Garlic and ginger paste - 1 tsp
5. Dry mango - 4 tsp
6. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
7. Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp spoon
8. Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
9. Green chili - 3
10. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
11. Salt - as per taste
12. Oil - for tempering

* Easy recipe for making curry without curd:
1. To make Kadhi, first of all, sieve 2 cups of gram flour in a bowl and prepare the batter by adding 1/2 cup of water.
2. After this, soak dried mango powder in two spoons of water and keep it for 10 minutes.
3. Now put a pinch of baking soda in the curry solution and keep it for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, we have to prepare fritters for the curry.
4. After this, prepare batter by adding 2 cups gram flour, 3 chopped green chilies, 1 finely chopped onion, salt as per taste, and a pinch of baking soda in another bowl to make pakodas.
5. Now put oil in a pan on the gas and keep it for heating. When the oil starts heating up, add the pakora batter and fry it lightly.
6. After this, when all the pakodas are made, take them out on a plate.
7. Now put the vessel on the gas to heat it and add 2 spoons of oil and apply the tempering of onion and cumin.
8. After this add gram flour batter and cook on low flame.
9. Now cook by adding half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of red chili, 1 teaspoon of ginger and garlic paste, and salt as per taste.
10. After this, when the rawness of gram flour goes out, add pakodas and cook for 10 minutes.
11. Now when the curry starts getting thick, add asafoetida and chopped onions on top.
12. After this turn off the gas and serve hot with rice.
