Ingredients required to make Besan Halwa:

1. Gram flour - 1 cup

2. Semolina - 1 cup

3. Sugar - 2 cups

4. Milk - 1 cup

5. Desi ghee - 1 cup

6. Water - 2 cups

7. Dry fruits of your choice

* Easy recipe to make Besan Halwa:

1. To make gram flour and semolina pudding, first of all, put some desi ghee in a thick-bottomed pan.

2. After this add the required amount of semolina and gram flour and start roasting on low flame.

3. Now when it starts roasting a little, then put a cup of desi ghee in it.

4. After this, fry on low flame till it becomes golden.

5. Now when you roast the gram flour and start giving the smell of sandhi, then add milk to it.

6. After this, keep stirring it continuously and keep the gas flame very slow.

7. Now roast it stirring continuously so that there are no lumps.

8. After this, when the milk is well mixed, add a cup of water to it.

9. Now stir it well and keep frying till the water dries up.

10. After this, when the water dries well, once again add a cup of water.

11. Now fry on a low gas flame by stirring with the help of a ladle.

12. After this, you add sugar at the end.

13. Now make sugar syrup by heating it and roasting it well with gram flour.

14. After this, roast it and dry it.

15. Now your tasty semolina and gram flour pudding is ready in this way.

16. Now garnish it with desired dry fruits and serve hot.
