* Ingredients required to make Mango Kheer:
1. Mango pulp - 2 cups
2. Full-fat milk - 1 liter
3. Figs - 1 tbsp
4. Walnuts - 1 tbsp
5. Saffron threads - 3-4
6. Ghee - 1 tbsp
7. Almonds - 1 tbsp chopped
8. Raisins - 1 tbsp
9. Cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
10. Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
11. Sugar 5-6 tsp

* Easy recipe for making mango kheer:
1. To make mango kheer, first of all, take mangoes.
2. After this you peel it and take out the pulp and mash it.
3. Now cut the dry fruits and keep them aside.
4. After this, put milk in a pan and keep it for heating.
5. Now mix 2 spoons of milk and saffron in a cup.
6. After this, put some ghee in a pan and roast the dry fruits.
7. Now while stirring the milk, cook it well till it reduces to half.
8. After this, when the milk is on low flame, add sugar and mix it.
9. Now add mango puree to the milk and mix well.
10. After this, cook it on low flame till it becomes thick.
11. Now add saffron, dry fruits, and cardamom powder to it.
12. After this mix them and keep them covered on low flame for about 2-3 minutes.
13. In this way your delicious mango kheer is ready.
14. Now keep it in the fridge to cool for 1 hour and enjoy.
