It is very easy to make this fruit jalebi and its taste is also very good, its consumption is also considered beneficial for health. Ingredients needed to make Fruity Jalebi:

1. Sama rice flour - 1 bowl

2. Sabudana flour - 2 tsp

3. Curd - 1 bowl

4. Boiled potatoes - 4

5. Cardamom powder - 1 tsp

6. Sugar - 1 bowl

7. Sweet yellow color - 1 Pinch

8. Oil/ghee - for frying

* Easy recipe for making fruit jalebi:

1. To make Falahari Jalebi, first wash and boil the potatoes.

2. After this, peel them, cut them into pieces, and put them in the mixer jar.

3. Now put curd in the jar and grind both things well to make a smooth paste.

4. After this add rice flour and sago flour to this paste.

5. Now blend all these things well for about 1 minute.

6. After this, put this paste in a big bowl and whisk it for about 4-5 minutes.

7. Now add sweet yellow color to it and beat the paste well for about 2 minutes.

8. After this, put water and sugar in a vessel as required and keep it on medium flame on the gas.

9. Now when the sugar cooks and becomes homogeneous with the water, mix cardamom powder in it and turn off the gas.

10. After this, put desi ghee/oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.

11. Now put the jalebi paste in a cone and put it in hot ghee to make jalebi.

12. After this, cook the jalebi well till it becomes golden and crispy on both sides.

13. Now take out the jalebi from the pan and dip it in sugar syrup for about 5 minutes.

14. In this way your delicious and juicy Falahari Jalebi is ready.
