1. Wheat flour - 3 cups

2. Sattu - 2 cups

3. Finely chopped onions - 2

4. Carom seeds - half teaspoon

5. Garlic - 5 crushed

6. Chopped coriander leaves - 2 to 3 teaspoons

7. Finely chopped Green chili - 2 to 3

8. Finely chopped ginger - one spoon

9. Dry mango - one spoon

10. Lemon - one

11. Ghee - two spoons

12. Salt - as per taste

13. Mustard oil - half bowl

* Easy recipe for making Sattu Paratha:

1. To make Sattu Paratha, first of all, take wheat flour.

2. After this, add one spoonful of ghee and half a spoon of salt in it.

3. Now add water as required and knead the dough.

4. After this, cover the kneaded dough with a wet cloth and keep it aside for about 20 minutes.

5. Now add sattu, ginger, garlic, chopped coriander, and celery in a big bowl and mix.

6. After this, put lemon in it and add two spoons of mustard oil and mix it well.

7. Now knead the dough once more and make small balls from it.

8. After this, roll out the dough and fill it with a big spoonful of masala and close it.

9. Now roll the dough again like a paratha.

10. After this, heat a nonstick pan on low flame.

11. Now put the rolled paratha on a hot griddle and bake it by applying ghee from both sides.
