* Ingredients needed to make Linseed Paratha:

1. Flax seeds - 1 tbsp

2. Wheat flour - 1/2 cup

3. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp

4. Oats - 1/2 cup

5. Ghee - as needed

6. Salt - as per taste

7. Water - as needed

* Easy recipe for making linseed paratha:

1. To make linseed paratha, first of all, take flour in a paratha.

2. After this add cumin, salt, linseed seed paste, and ground oats and mix.

3. Now knead the dough with the help of water as required.

4. After this add some oil to it and mix it well and keep it aside to set.

5. Now grease a nonstick pan with oil and ghee.

6. After this, make a ball of flour and roll it like a paratha, and put it on a hot griddle.

7. Now apply oil on both sides and bake the paratha till it becomes golden.

8. In this way your tasty and healthy linseed paratha is ready.

9. After this, serve it hot with green chutney or curd, or tea.
