Now the deadline for linking a PAN card with Aadhaar has been fixed as June 30. If you do not link your Aadhaar with your PAN card before June 30, 2023. In this case, your PAN card will become inactive. You can link your PAN with an Aadhaar card before June 30 by paying a late fee of Rs 1,000. The process of PAN Aadhaar linking is quite easy.
For this, first of all, you have to open the Income Tax website https://www.incometax.gov.in/iec/foportal/ on your device.
After the website opens, the option of Link Aadhaar will appear on your screen. You have to click on that option.

Enter your Aadhaar and PAN number in the next step.
Now you have to click on the button to Validate. If your PAN is not linked to your Aadhaar card.
In this situation, select the option of Continue To Pay Through E-Pay Tax.

Now you have to enter your PAN and mobile number.
After this OTP verification of your mobile number will be done.
After OTP verification, you will be redirected to e-Pay Tax.
Here you have to select the option of Proceed.

After this, by selecting 2023-24 in the assessment year, by selecting Other Receipt (500) in Type Of Payment, a payment of Rs 1 thousand has to be made.
Your PAN card will be linked with Aadhaar as soon as the payment process is completed.
