Ingredients needed to make beetroot soup:
1. Beetroot pieces - 1.5 cup
2. Carrot chopped - 1
3. Tomato chopped - 1
4. Mint leaves - 7-8
5. Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
6. Bay leaf - 1
7. Butter - 1 tsp
8. Garlic cloves - 2
9. Cream - 2 tbsp
10. Salt - as per taste
11. Water - 2 cups

* Easy recipe for making beetroot soup:
1. To make beetroot soup, first of all, take beetroot, after that wash it, peel it, and cut it into pieces.
2. After this, wash the garlic clove, carrot, and tomato as well and chop them finely.
3. Now put 1 spoon of butter in a pressure cooker and heat it, add bay leaves, and fry till the aroma comes.
4. After this, add garlic, and ginger pieces, and sauté for a while.
5. Now put beetroot pieces in it and cook for about 1 minute while stirring.
6. After this, put carrots, tomatoes, and salt as per taste in a pressure cooker and cook all these things while stirring for about 2 minutes.
7. Now put 2 cups of water in it and cook for about 3-4 whistles.
8. After this, turn off the gas and let the pressure of the cooker release automatically.
9. Now take out the cooked vegetables and put them in a blender to make a smooth paste.
10. After this, put the prepared paste of beetroot in a nonstick pan and add water left in the cooker and let it cook till it comes to a boil.
11. Now add 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder to it and mix.
12. In this way your tasty and healthy beetroot soup is ready.
