Consume whole grains
Whole pulses like Rajma, Kabuli Chana, Black Dal, Kulith etc. contain up to 200-250 mg of calcium. You can include them in your diet. Yes, if you have problems like gas, bile or indigestion, then only after the advice of the doctor, you should include whole grains in your diet. The body takes more time to digest them and in such a situation gas problem also arises.
Consume black and white sesame seeds
You can include 2-3 tablespoons of white and black sesame seeds in your diet. 100 grams of sesame contains 1400 mg of calcium. You can make til chutney and use it in many ways. Sesame must be kept in your diet during winter. Yes, do not eat too many sesame seeds at once because it will not prove to be good for your health. They can also increase a lot of heat in the body.

You must include sardines, green leafy vegetables, broccoli, soybeans, figs and cereals in your diet. These things can work to improve the amount of calcium in the body.
