Add salt to the flour
When the flour comes home after grinding, add a little salt to it. If there is salt in the flour, then the chances of getting insects are reduced. Add one or two spoons of salt according to the quantity of flour and fill the container with flour. With this, your flour will remain fresh for a long time.

Put the bay leaf in the dough
If you do not want to add salt to the flour, you can also use bay leaves instead. Insects do not come because of the smell of bay leaves. The smell of bay leaves is very strong. In this case, the container in which you keep the flour. Put five to six bay leaves in it.

You can keep the dough in the fridge too
If there is little flour in the house, then it can also be stored in the fridge. If you want to keep the flour fresh for a long time, then the fridge is an option. For this, you have to put the flour in an airtight plastic bag and then keep it in the fridge. While keeping it in the fridge, keep in mind that moisture should not reach it, otherwise it may spoil.

Check the expiry date while buying flour
If you buy flour in bulk, then first of all it is very important to check its quality. Also, check the expiry date. If the flour is too old then it cannot be saved even at home. If you use flour after grinding wheat directly, then you can keep it fresh for a long time.
