Our health is directly related to our stomach. If digestion is not proper, many types of diseases surround us. To remain healthy, it is necessary to digest food properly. When there is a problem in our intestines, food becomes difficult to digest. Good bacteria present in the intestines help in digesting food. When their number decreases and bad bacteria start increasing, gas, bloating and indigestion occur. Being tired all the time and increasing weight are also signs of poor gut health.
To avoid indigestion and bloating, eating habits should be right. For this, eat rice as per the advice of experts. Dietician Simran Kaur is giving this information. Simran is a certified dietitian and nutritionist. She is also a hormone and gut health coach.
