Keeping the feet clean and healthy is as important as any other part of the body. The cleanliness of the feet should be done at a fixed interval. For this, apart from regular cleaning, you can also resort to a pedicure.
Do pedicure like this
Before doing a pedicure, remove the nail polish on the nails. Then add your favorite salt or cream soap to the lukewarm water in the tub or bucket. If the skin of your feet is very dry, then add olive oil to it. Salt will make the skin of your feet soft, then olive oil will act as a moisturizer for it. After keeping the feet in this water for at least 15 minutes, take them out and scrub them with a body scrubber.
After scrubbing, clean the feet thoroughly with cold water. Keep in mind that there should not be any soap left between the toes. Now massage your feet lightly with cold cream. Clean the cream stuck between the fingers with the help of cotton. Now apply a single coat of nail polish on the nails of the feet and let it dry. When it dries, give a final touch with nail polish.
Pedicure with Paraffin Wax
The most important thing to doing a pedicure in this way is time. Whenever you do a pedicure with paraffin wax, give it at least a quarter of an hour. While doing a pedicure with paraffin wax, first of all, clean your feet with paraffin wax. For this, melt the paraffin wax and put it in a big earthen bowl or utensil. Now put your feet in this utensil. While doing this work, keep in mind that the wax flows over your feet. After this, like the first process of a pedicure, wash the feet with lukewarm clean water, massage them with cream and apply nail polish.
