Eat a balanced diet, which includes pulses, leafy vegetables, fruits and iron-rich food, which removes the deficiency of essential nutrients in the body.

3. If you have diabetes, it is advised to control your blood sugar level and get it checked regularly before the second pregnancy. Because diabetes can cause many bad effects including birth defects and miscarriage.
