How to do eye yoga to reduce wrinkles

For this, you will have to do the same routine step by step.

  • First of all, place your middle fingers on the inner corner of the eyes. You have to make a V shape with the middle and index fingers.
  • Now place your index finger on the outer corner of the eyes.
  • Relax your forehead at this time. There should not be any wrinkles in it.
  • Now apply a little pressure on your fingers so that only that part of yours moves.
  • Relax your shoulders also.
  • Now open your mouth and make an O shape.
  • After this, press your upper lip with your teeth.
  • Now you have to take your eyes out as if you have seen something very exciting.
  • You have to keep your mouth at a 45-degree angle.

How many times should I do this exercise?

This has to be done continuously for 10 seconds and repeated 3 to 5 times. That means you can do this exercise for 50 seconds in a day. After doing 10 seconds, take a break of 10 seconds and then do it for the next 10 seconds.

This will not take much of your time, but with this one habit, the wrinkles around your eyes will start relaxing to a great extent.

Can this reduce deep wrinkles already formed?

it's not like that at all. Face yoga can work to train the muscles of your face, but it does not mean that it will do any magic on your face. If deep wrinkles have already formed, it will not have any effect on them. Yes, you can take any cosmetic treatment for deep facial wrinkles.
