- To do a supine spinal, first of all, you lie down on your back.
- Then bend both knees and move them upwards. After bringing them up, turn both legs to the left and then to the right.
- After doing this, take both the legs upward, then bring your leg downwards.
- Repeat this process according to your physical capacity.
Squat Thrust with Twist
You can do squat thrusts with a twist to reduce waist fat. Remember, it is very important to do it correctly. If you do not do this, you may face problems. So let us know the correct way to do squat thrust with a twist-
How to do a squat thrust with a twist?
- To do this, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Extend your arms in front of you at shoulder height.

- Keep your weight on your heels and do not let your knees move forward beyond the toes.
- Keep your knees forward because your chest and shoulders are side by side.
- For best results, bend your knees as close to 90 degrees as possible.
